First things first…

Here is a rundown of the rules and guidelines for Friday the 13th with Wicked Heart Art Collective. Please read over ALL of the information below before you are called up to get tattooed or pierced.

  • All clients who wish to get tattooed or pierced MUST complete a consent form in front of our front desk staff. Please do not complete your form until your name is called and you are in the front lobby. Have your ID out and ready to show the front desk staff at this time as well. The link for our digital consent form can be found in the dropdown menu or by clicking HERE.
  • Clients and visitors must be respectful of our staff and artists. We have zero tolerance policy for anyone showing disrespect or aggression towards the Wicked Heart team and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. The entire property is under video surveillance 24/7. Don’t do anything you don’t want caught in 4k.
  • Please be respectful of our neighboring businesses and pick up after yourself. We only have one mom working this event, and it’s not yours.
  • Anyone suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be denied service. You must be of sound mind to sign your consent form and get tattooed or pierced.
  • Space is limited in the shop on Friday the 13th. For this reason, the ONLY person allowed to accompany you back to the booth during your tattoo is a parent or legal guardian if you are a minor. Your friends need to wait outside for you. No exceptions. With that being said, you are to wait outside for your name to be called as well so that our lobby area is open to those whose names have already been called.
  • We accept cash and various digital payments such as venmo, zelle, cashapp and others. We can accept credit or debit card payments however there will be a surcharge of 7% of your total to cover transaction fees. Cash is king and will help aid our checkout times significantly.
  • This is a flash event. While you are allowed to request upsizing or color to our flash designs for additional charge, we are not able to accommodate design alterations. If you are looking for a one-of-a-kind design that is catered to your specific design desires, please schedule a tattoo appointment for a future date.
  • Flash designs are $50 each.
  • You may add two colors to your design for an additional $50 per tattoo.
  • You may upsize your design for an additional $50 per inch.
  • Piercings are $30 each – jewelry sold separately. We are offering all ear, nose, lip, eyebrow, belly button and nipple piercings. (Dermals are not available for promotion pricing but can still be performed at regular price on event days.) Bear in mind that at a normal scheduled appointment we are able to accommodate more privacy for nipple piercings. On event days, there are too many people in the shop and we cannot offer that same level of privacy. If you wish to get pierced in a quieter, more private setting, you have the option to schedule a regular appointment on another day.
  • If we happen to run out of jewelry suitable for your requested piercing and cannot complete it on 2/13, you will be issued a voucher for you to come back and get your piercing on promotion pricing at a future date.
  • We know we sound like a broken record but bear in mind that WAIT TIMES CAN BE LONG. We work so hard for so many hours to get everyone tattooed and pierced and most of the time we end up open for 18 or more. Please be patient! The sooner you get here, the sooner your name is up on the list. Wait times can increase significantly once we are hours into the event.
  • Fast Pass holders may arrive early to get tattooed starting at 11:00 AM. The regular lines will begin at 12:00 PM.
  • The list cuts off at 12:00 MIDNIGHT, no exceptions. Get in line before then to make sure you can get tattooed or pierced. After midnight, no one else will be permitted to enter the line.
